John’s Septic Service has emptied our septic tank every other year for the past 16yrs. They make it easy to schedule, they show on time and are willing to answer any questions I have had and explain what they are doing and offer helpful suggestions on how to keep our septic service functioning properly. Six years ago they observed the original 23yr. old “baffle” was starting to collapse, they replaced it that day for a reasonable price !!! They always answer the phone, scheduling is easy even when I misplace the reminder card, service is quick and pricing very reasonable! The company we used to use didn’t return my call. So I just googled. What else when you don’t have a referral? I called, had a pleasant conversation with the gentleman who answered (one of the 4 generations, still working in the business). We booked appointment for Monday, between 12-4. Well, they rang my bell at 12:10. Wow! You know that never happens. The fellow (also of the family) was so pleasant. We chatted about his business, background of it, and other general things. He was very accommodating about my cars in the drive. I will most definitely recommend them (septic comes up in conversations 😜) and call them if we have any trouble, or to pump again in two years.Load more
